We had a great stay at Iva , Iglika 2. the property owner made sure someone was waiting for us for check, in, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Communication was fast and easy, and the staff answered our questions promptly. the apartment itself was cozy and quiet, yet conveniently located just a 2, 3 minute walk from the ski slopes. the rooms were well, equipped and the soundproofing between them was excellent. We were so comfortable that we kept extending our stay in this bright little nest. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.

Check-in was early. We had apartment with appliances and good view, as for instance. Everything was simply great. It was located in a quiet area so close to restaurants, bars and chair lift, the ski slopes and Borovets,:)))

I had a blast trying out skiing and cycling - both available right at the apartment! And guess what? Sofia airport is conveniently nearby, so no long and boring journeys!
Oh, how I enjoyed trying to figure out the dining area. It was like a puzzle!

I got great value for my money at this cozy apartment in Borovets. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the ski slopes. The staff was friendly and always available to assist us with any questions or needs.
The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

comfortable apartment, great location, helpful staff. Booked here again for future visits. Fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Communication was fast and easy. Quiet area close to center and gondola.
Cleanliness under beds could be improved. waited for keys despite proper arrival notification.

The location of the apartment is great, super close to the ski slopes and within walking distance to everything in the area. The room is comfortable and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.
The beds in the apartment were a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were overstuffed and big. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise pleasant stay.

My stay at Iva - Iglika 2 in Borovets was a mixed experience. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives.
There was a minor inconvenience during my arrival. Despite informing the hotel in advance about my arrival time, I had to wait for someone to bring the keys to the room.

As a ski enthusiast, I stayed at Apartment Iva - Iglika 2 for a couple of nights and I can't recommend it enough. The property owner ensured a smooth check-in even though we arrived late at night. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ski slopes. The apartment itself is cozy and quiet, with excellent soundproofing. The communication with the host was fast and easy. We were so pleased with our stay that we kept extending it.
Totally recommend this hotel.
